- Experience in managing body shops or automotive repair workshops, including supervision of technicians and coordination of repair processes.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Effective communication skills for working with customers, insurance partners, fleet operators, and internal team members.
- Knowledge of aftersales processes, including estimating, work order management, quality checks, and follow-up on completed repairs.
- Proven ability to manage schedules, allocate resources, and meet productivity and quality targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of collision repair methods, OEM repair standards, and safety and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with repair management software or shop management systems; familiarity with digital tools and mobile apps is beneficial.
