Yard Maintenance

Swiderski Equipment, one of Wisconsin’s premier and long-established agriculture and construction equipment dealerships, is seeking a full-time Yard/Facilities Maintenance. If you enjoy being outside, staying active, and working with equipment, this is a great opportunity to join our team.

This role keeps you moving — organizing inventory, loading/unloading semis, handling equipment, and helping maintain a safe, professional yard environment. Every day is different, and you’ll play an important part in keeping our dealership running efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• 
  Receive deliveries
• 
  Load and unload equipment safely using forklift and other equipment as needed
• 
  Maintaining facility appearance by performing landscaping duties such as snow removal, mowing and lawn care
• 
  Position and neatly organize equipment for display
• 
  General housekeeping
• 
  Day to day responsibilities could vary with new responsibilities introduced often and will require someone who is organized and able to complete long-term projects while simultaneously solving day to day problems.
• 
  Complete work in a safe, professional and timely manner

What It Takes

  Ability to work outside in a variety of working conditions
• 
  Positive attitude and self-motivated with keen attention to detail
• 
  Ability to take direction and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
• 
  Ability to work extended hours during the week and on weekends

*Prior experience with agriculture or heavy equipment is highly desired.  Ag background is also a plus. Salary commensurate with experience.
