Swiderski Equipment, one of Wisconsin’s premier and long-established agriculture and construction equipment dealerships, is seeking a full-time Service Technician. We are interested in enthusiastic, self-driven individuals to join our team. Our service technicians work on a variety of tasks from diagnostics & repair, to installation & set-up of tractors, implements and construction equipment, both customer-owned and dealer-owned inventory. Prior experience with mechanical, hydraulic or electrical systems is helpful, but not required. If you enjoy mechanical tasks, building or rebuilding projects or just working with your hands and being busy, we want to talk to you!
What You’ll Do
Perform diagnostics and repairs on agriculture and construction equipment in keeping with recommended procedures and specified standards. Work may be performed at customer’s sites, as required.
Provide outstanding customer service
- Day to day responsibilities could vary with new responsibilities introduced often and will require someone who is organized and able to complete long-term projects while simultaneously solving day to day problems.
- Complete work in a safe, professional and timely manner

- Have and maintain a clean driving record
- Must provide your own hand tools
*Technical diploma or degree is preferred. Prior experience in agriculture, diesel, or heavy equipment service is highly desired. Ag background is also a plus.
