That's why we've grown to 40 rooftops across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii while maintaining a culture built on one simple idea: do right by people, every time.
We operate multiple luxury and import brand dealerships across the San Francisco Bay Area. Our parts departments are the backbone of high-performing service operations -- and the Parts Manager is the person who keeps that backbone strong.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Lead all parts department operations -- managing inventory, staffing, vendor relationships, and daily workflow to support service department performance

• Develop and hold accountable a parts team -- building capability, accuracy, and a culture of consistent execution at the counter and in the warehouse
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement corrective action proactively when results drift from target
• Manage manufacturer and vendor relationships -- ensuring parts availability, warranty compliance, and program participation are optimized
• Partner closely with service management to align parts supply with service demand -- minimizing delays and keeping technicians productive
• Maintain inventory accuracy through disciplined receiving, cycle counts, and bin organization standards
• Ensure compliance with all manufacturer parts programs, warranty processes, and return procedures
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 3 years of parts manager experience in a franchised dealership
• Strong command of parts department financials -- fill rate, gross profit, inventory turn, and obsolescence management
• Luxury or import brand experience preferred -- OEM parts system familiarity a strong plus
• Proven ability to develop and lead a parts team
• Process-oriented with strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Comfortable with DMS platforms and manufacturer parts ordering systems
• Clear communicator who works effectively with service managers, advisors, and technicians
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
WHAT WE OFFER
• $80,000 - $120,000/yr
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Life insurance and supplemental coverage options
• Paid time off and paid holidays
• Career growth -- strong parts managers at Swickard grow into fixed ops director and multi-store leadership roles
• Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts
• The backing of a nationally recognized, fast-growing dealer group with deep operational infrastructure
