WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process -- from write-up to delivery

• Translate complex repair information into clear, confident communication that earns trust and sets accurate expectations

• Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise made to the guest

• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule

• Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance

• Deliver a white-glove pickup and delivery experience consistent with the Porsche brand standard

• Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation and compliance standards

• Represent Porsche Seattle North with the professionalism, poise, and hospitality the brand and its clientele demand

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Automotive service advisor experience preferred -- not required

• Proven success and experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales -- this is the foundation we hire for at Porsche

• Polished, professional communicator -- Porsche guests are passionate and knowledgeable, and they expect an advisor who matches their standard

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail -- accurate estimates, realistic timelines, and disciplined follow-through are non-negotiable

• Self-motivated with a genuine drive to serve people well and grow your earnings

• Comfortable learning DMS platforms and Porsche service processes -- we'll train you on the brand

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• A hospitality mindset -- every guest interaction reflects the Porsche standard, and you take that seriously
