What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance services -- oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filters, and multi-point inspections -- quickly and accurately
- Complete repair orders accurately -- documenting all work performed and parts used with precision
- Communicate findings clearly to service advisors so guests receive accurate recommendations and timely updates
- Stay current on Toyota-recommended maintenance procedures and service intervals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout every shift
- Work efficiently on a flat-rate structure -- your speed and quality directly determine your earnings
- Contribute to a team environment where consistency, accuracy, and care for the guest are the standard
- 1 year of technician or automotive maintenance experience preferred -- motivated candidates without formal experience are encouraged to apply
- Completion of an automotive technician training program or equivalent hands-on experience a plus
- Basic understanding of vehicle systems and routine maintenance procedures
- Fast and accurate -- able to maintain quality even when production speed matters
- Comfortable using basic diagnostic and shop tools
- Physically capable of standing, bending, and performing hands-on work throughout the shift
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- A team-first mindset -- you're building skills alongside technicians who can help you grow
- $20 - $25/hr flat rate -- your speed and consistency directly drive your earnings
