As a Body Shop Estimator, you will accurately and efficiently evaluate repair needs so that our body shop team can provide exceptional, quality repair services. You will impact whether we become our guest’s favorite place to service their vehicle.

Requirements
- Examining damaged vehicles to determine the extent of structural, body, mechanical and interior damage.
- Write accurate estimates using CCCone estimating system and be familiar with the Mitchell and Audatex estimating systems.
- Create repair orders, order parts and manage files in Profitnet management system.
- Serve as the communication point between customer, insurance and in shop technicians.
- Must be knowledgeable about the Direct Repair Program (DRP) requirements.
- Answer incoming phone calls and communicate with customers and insurance companies in a friendly and professional manner.
- Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
- 2 years collision estimating experience required
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Standing and Walking: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while inspecting vehicles and moving around the shop.
- Dexterity and Fine Motor Skills: Sufficient hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to use measuring tools, operate computer keyboards, and handle paperwork.
- Visual Acuity: Good vision, including close, distance, and peripheral vision, as well as the ability to distinguish colors, to accurately assess vehicle damage.
- Lifting and Carrying: Occasional lifting and carrying of lightweight parts, tools, and paperwork (up to 10-20 pounds).
- Bending and Stooping: Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch to inspect damage at various levels of a vehicle.
- Environmental Conditions: May be exposed to moderate noise levels from the shop environment and occasional temperature variations.
