Job Description
The Supply Chain Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of products from manufacturers to customers by managing purchase orders, supplier relationships, and logistics operations. This role partners cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and warehouse teams to align production schedules, inventory availability, and delivery timelines.
The Supply Chain Analyst owns international importing processes, maintains accurate and real-time supply chain data, and serves as the primary point of contact for inventory and shipping status. Through proactive issue resolution and continuous process improvement, this role helps optimize operational efficiency and supports the company’s ability to scale.This position will report directly to our Director of Operations.

Your Role:
Purchase Order Management
- Create, manage, and track purchase orders with domestic and international manufacturers from placement through final delivery.
- Partner with the internal Operations team to plan and submit purchase orders aligned with
- production and sales timelines. Supplier & Warehouse Coordination

- Communicate and coordinate daily with suppliers to ensure timely manufacturing, resolve issues, and maintain consistent production schedules.
- Coordinate with warehouse partners to ensure components are shipped on time and all parties are aligned on delivery expectations.
International Logistics
- Own and manage the international importing and tracking process for all overseas orders,
including shipment visibility and documentation via Flexport. Data & Systems Management
- Monitor and maintain real-time updates on purchase orders, quantities, production status, and delivery ETAs in internal systems and tracking sheets.
- Own and maintain master data for all products, including specifications, dimensions (unit, inner carton, master carton), pricing tiers, and minimum order quantities.
Cross-Functional Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inventory availability, in-stock/out-of-stock status, sales timelines, and shipping delays.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve supplier, warehouse, and logistics issues as they arise.
Process Improvement
- Create, document, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support scalability, efficiency, and team alignment as the business grows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, or operations.
- Hands-on experience managing domestic and international purchase orders and vendor relationships.
- Experience with international freight and importing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and data management.
- Experience with Flexport or similar freight/logistics platforms preferred.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Clickup, Monday.com)
- Familiarity with ERP, inventory management, or order management systems (e.g., NetSuite).
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Clear, proactive communicator who can coordinate effectively across internal teams and external partners.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and calmly under pressure.
- Self-starter who takes ownership of their work and thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment.
