Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods to introduce our programs and initiatives.
- Engage residents through friendly, professional conversations to inform and educate about our services or causes.
- Collect feedback from community members and answer questions to build trust and rapport.
- Promote participation by clearly explaining benefits and addressing concerns with confidence.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, including contact details and feedback received.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach efforts and share insights for improved engagement.
- Uphold safety protocols and represent the organization professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in canvassing, sales, customer service, or marketing is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and speak persuasively.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective engagement with diverse communities.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate, persuade, and handle objections confidently.
- Experience in supervising or leading teams is beneficial but not required.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and walking for extended periods.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

PAY:
Hourly wage from $17-$30 PLUS commissions based on the results of your leads. If you have experience get in here NOW as we pay more than anyone. If you’re new, plan on earning an average of $1,000 per week working about 30 hours per week.
