Webster Cleaning is expanding in the Tampa market, and we're looking for an experienced Outside Sales Manager to help build one of the top residential sales teams in Florida.

What You'll Do
Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new sales representatives.
- Train and coach team members on prospecting, presentations, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching to improve individual performance.
- Set sales goals, monitor results, and create accountability.
- Foster a competitive, positive, and team-oriented sales culture.
Drive Personal Sales
- Generate new residential customers through door-to-door prospecting.
- Present our services and close new recurring service agreements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Consistently exceed personal sales goals.
Grow the Business
- Develop future sales leaders within your team.
- Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Help expand Webster Cleaning's presence throughout the Tampa Bay area.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 2 years of successful door-to-door or outside sales experience.
- At least 1 year of experience leading, recruiting, or managing a sales team.
- Proven history of consistently exceeding sales goals.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to lead by example.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred
Experience in one or more of the following industries:
- Home services
- Window cleaning
- Pressure washing
- Pest control
- Landscaping
- Other recurring residential service businesses
