Duties
- Operate packaging equipment to fill, seal, and label candy packages according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure proper handling of materials and finished products, adhering to safety standards in production and warehouse operations
- Interpret production documents to verify packaging specifications and batch information
- Conduct quality checks throughout the packaging process to maintain product integrity and compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Follow manufacturing safety protocols diligently, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety standards, and hazard awareness
Skills
- Ability to interpret production documents accurately and follow detailed instructions
- Basic math skills for measurements, counts, and quality assessments
- Strong adherence to safety standards in production environments, including GMP, FDA regulations, and safety protocol compliance
