Job Summary

In this energetic role, you will be responsible for supporting efficient warehouse functions, including order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and stock organization. Your proactive approach will help ensure smooth warehouse distribution processes, timely shipments, and accurate inventory control. Responsibilities
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move inventory safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision to ensure timely delivery in e-commerce and retail settings
- Assist with stock replenishment by stocking shelves and organizing warehouse storage areas according to safety standards
- Manage shipping & receiving processes by verifying incoming shipments, inspecting goods, and preparing items for outbound delivery
- Support order fulfillment activities by selecting items using order pickers and ensuring proper packaging for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols and operational procedures
Experience
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes, including inventory control and order picking techniques
- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred), reach trucks, pallet jacks, and MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems) is advantageous
- Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring dimensions, and calculating weights accurately
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with proficiency in using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) such as AS400 or similar platforms
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
