Weekend Shift - Team Lead

Job Requirements

Sweetwater is currently seeking to add a weekend shift Team Lead to our Distribution Center (DC) team. This full-time position will provide leadership support to a DC functional area, while working alongside the Area Supervisor. This hands-on role requires interaction with team members helping strengthen the team through positive engagement and training primarily.

Schedule: Saturday Sunday from 7:00am to 7:30pm, in addition to a Monday or Tuesday of your choosing with the same hours.

Job Responsibilities

• Take initiative in leading daily start-of-shift communication; safety concerns, priorities, or positive call outs.
• Coach, engage, and support employees throughout their shift.
• Train new associates no quality and standard operating procedures within their specific area.
• Providing real-time feedback to associates and answering questions that arise.
• Perform production work alongside team members to support operational needs and product flows.
• Champion the Sweetwater culture of “do the right thing”
  
  

Requirements

• Leadership experience is a plus (at least a year in a similar role.)
• High school Diploma or Equivalent.
• Effective communication & conflict resolution skills
• Must be thorough and detail oriented
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude
• Basic understanding of distribution center operations.
