Responsibilities Will Include
- Perform professional massage therapy services, including Swedish, deep tissue, and other modalities based on training and certification.
- Customize each session to meet clients’ individual needs and wellness goals.
- Educate clients on massage benefits and aftercare recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and relaxing treatment room following sanitation and safety standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits.
- Stay current with industry techniques, trends, and continuing education requirements.
- Valid state massage therapy license
- Knowledge of multiple massage modalities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Physical stamina to perform massage services throughout scheduled shifts
