Responsibilities Will Include
- Provide a wide range of hair services including but not limited to cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety standards. Help with laundering capes and towels daily.
- Stay up to date with current trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain a strong client base through excellent customer service.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive salon environment.
- Valid Indiana cosmetology license.
- Proven experience as a hair stylist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hair care techniques, tools, and products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional attitude and commitment to continuous learning.
