Music Store Sales Advisor

Job Requirements

Sweetwater, the nation’s #1 online retailer of pro audio equipment and music instruments is seeking to hire Music Store Sales Advisors to add to our growing Music Store team! Our Music Store at Sweetwater is booming, and we have full time openings for additional sales advisors. Sales Advisors act as the front-line ambassadors of our state-of-the-art retail store, helping to create incredible shopping experiences, for our ever-increasing number of local and regional customers. We're looking for exuberant, friendly, proactive people who can help us exemplify the Sweetwater Difference, every day, on a face-to-face basis. This job does involve some nights and weekends, so please keep that in mind while applying.

Job Responsibilities

• Proactively greet & engage walk-in customers as they enter, move through, and exit the store.
• Provide personalized & friendly service that reflects the Sweetwater Difference and builds lasting customer relationships.
• Facilitate in-store sales transactions, including accessories and entry-level product purchases.
• Advise customers on order status; process returns, exchanges, trades, and rentals.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment, including restocking, merchandising, and setup of displays.
• Partner with Music Store Sales Engineers and store team members to ensure a positive customer experience and meet sales goals.
• Foster a friendly and enthusiastic work environment through professionalism, communication, and mutual respect.
• Continuously develop sales skills, and product knowledge, through industry-leading training resources, and access to the largest selection of music gear & audio equipment in the world.
  
  

Qualifications

• Dynamic and outgoing personality
• Foundational to intermediate knowledge of music instruments and pro-audio
• Stellar communication skills both verbal and written
• Dedication to top-notch customer service
• Enthusiastic about music instruments & technology
• Experience in retail sales, service industry, or other high level front-facing customer service, is a big plus
