Sweetwater is currently seeking to add a 2nd shift Supervisor to our Distribution Center (DC) team. This full-time position will provide leadership support to a DC functional area, while working alongside the Area Manager. This hands-on role requires significant interaction with team members helping strengthen the team through positive engagement, training, and performance feedback.
Shift - Monday through Friday 3:00pm to 11:30pm starting anywhere between $17 & $19 an hour.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Support organizational objectives by working with management to direct staff
- Coach, engage, and support employees
- Ensure area production standards are met
- Assist area manager by monitoring workflow and making labor adjustments
- Attend meetings and training as required
- Champion the Sweetwater culture of “do the right thing”
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Proven leadership experience (at least 3 years preferred)
- Strong history of results (improved efficiencies, increased production, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective communication skills
- Conflict resolution skills
- Must be thorough and detail oriented
- Must be dependable and available to work as needed
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude
- Prefer 3 (three) years of experience in a supervisor role leading at least 10 people
- Strong understanding of both Inbound and Outbound DC operations
- A four-year business degree or commensurate leadership experience is preferred
- Proven ability to coach employees at all levels (to include performance reviews and discipline)
Salary : $19
