To support our rapid growth and commitment to quality care, we are actively seeking an experienced Director of Rehab to join our team’s in-house team. Highlight of Responsibilities:
- Supervise and staff all members of the rehab team
- Attend all meetings as indicated by the administrator
- Assist in developing and implementing new programs as needed
- Ensure screening policies are operating and compliant
- Ensure documentation is completed promptly
- Ensure rehab staff compliance with all policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited university with a degree as an occupational therapist assistant, occupational therapist, physical therapist, or speech therapist
- Holds current license and/or registration in the state
