What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at Sweetwater at Indian Wells HOA- OMNI Management?
We are looking for a new Maintenance supervisor, friendly and personable, who enjoys coming to work. Supervisor responsible for two maintenance technicians, scheduling work orders, tasks, pools and building cleaning.
Tasks/Work orders include maintaining buildings, cleaning, rescreening porches, climbing ladders up to 20 feet, painting doors, help maintaining 8 pools, some light plumbing, electrical work, etc. Our new supervisor needs a practical mind and an attention to detail. The goal is to maintain the buildings, common areas and pools in the best possible condition.
Responsibilities
- Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. building cleaning) and other tasks as assigned (painting, screen replacement etc.)
Skills
- This job is perfect for someone with experience supervising technicians to ensure work is completed. Someone looking to work outdoors, or someone looking for a low stress yet rewarding job.
- Knowledge of pools, plumbing, electrical and HVAC is a plus. Must have experience with general maintenance processes and methods.
- Working knowledge of common tools
Required
- Full-Time-(7:00am-3:30pm)
- Some weekend shifts needed from April 15th through Oct. 15th
- Monday - Friday in the off season
