What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member/Cashier (Part-Time) position at sweetFrog (Hickory, NC)?
Must be available to work evening shifts during the week.
We are searching for a friendly and professional team member to join our staff for an average of 2-3 shifts per week (10-15 hours per week). As the first point of contact, you will greet and assist customers as they enter our store.
In this position, delivering outstanding customer service will be your main objective. Additional responsibilities include helping customers with their cups of frozen yogurt or shakes, processing orders, cleaning public spaces, and food prep. The ideal candidates will be friendly, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and help determine their orders.
- Process customer orders and record in the point-of-sale system.
- Accept cash and return the correct change.
- Count money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each work shift.
- Respond to customer inquiries and issue receipts.
- Clean and arrange eating, service, and kitchen spaces.
- Prep toppings for toppings bar.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Good mathematical skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
