Position Overview

The Part-Time Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for caregivers and nurses. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare staffing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding)
• Recruit caregivers, CNAs, LPNs, and RNs
• Post and manage job ads on Indeed, ADP and other platforms
• Source candidates through online databases, job boards, referrals, and community outreach
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews
• Coordinate background checks and onboarding documentation
• Maintain applicant tracking and recruiting reports
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals
• Partner with office leadership to meet staffing goals

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting experience required (healthcare recruiting preferred)
• Experience recruiting caregivers, CNAs, LPNs, or RNs is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
• Proficient with job boards and applicant tracking systems
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Local to the Fredericksburg area preferred
