Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with ordering food and beverages at the counter
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, including serving soups and making smoothies.
- Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions and cash handling
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, including bussing tables and food handling areas
- Ensure food safety protocols are followed diligently to uphold health standards
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly and accurately
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and monitoring product freshness
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
