Duties
- Prepare doughs, batters, and fillings for a wide range of baked goods including donuts, pastries, cakes, bread, and cookies
- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and decorating tools efficiently and safely
- Decorate donuts and pastries with precision to meet presentation standards
- Package baked products carefully to preserve freshness and facilitate easy customer purchase
- Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Assist with food production during high-volume periods to meet customer demand
- Support food handling procedures ensuring safety and quality at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in baking, pastry preparation, or food production is highly preferred
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with dough preparation techniques
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail for recipe adherence and product presentation
- Good basic math skills for measurements and portioning
- Customer service skills to assist customers with product inquiries when needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high-volume production experience is a plus

- Our operations are Wednesday evenings thru Sunday evenings. Closed Mondays nd Tuesdays. Morning and evening shifts available.
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 32.0 per week
