This position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruiting activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and coordinating hiring processes with hiring managers. The role involves building strong talent pipelines for technical, operational, and corporate roles, while maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics. Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting across multiple role types.
- Proven ability in Hiring activities, including offer management and onboarding coordination.
- Skills in Employer Branding, with experience promoting a company’s culture and value proposition to candidates.
- Strong Interviewing skills, including structured interviews and candidate evaluation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards) to build and manage talent pipelines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions.
- Familiarity with fair hiring practices and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience recruiting in technology, robotics, retail, or startup environments is beneficial.
