Sales Support Specialist
Location: The Woodlands, Texas – On-Site
Sweet Robo is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to help our growing sales team move faster, smarter, and with more impact. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping momentum high, making sure no lead falls through the cracks, and helping us scale into more locations. If you’re organized, resourceful, and love supporting a winning team, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Qualify and nurture inbound leads so the sales team can focus on closing deals.
- Support follow-up with prospects through email, calls, and CRM workflows.
- Assist in location scouting and research for new machine placements.
- Maintain and optimize CRM data, ensuring clean records and accurate reporting.
- Help implement lead automation tools and support AI-driven sales processes.
- Track campaign performance, flag opportunities, and ensure no lead goes cold.
- Be a champion for the sales team by removing roadblocks and creating efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or sales operations.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho preferred, HubSpot or Salesforce a plus).
- Comfortable with digital tools, lead automation, and AI-driven sales platforms.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong in communication.
- Excited to be part of a fun, fast-paced, and growing team.
- Must be based in or willing to work on-site at our office in The Woodlands, Texas.
Compensation:
Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
