Role Description
We’re hiring a full-time remote Business Development Representative to drive growth. Leads will be provided - and your goal is to qualify prospects, engage via calls and emails, support deal execution, and maintain accurate CRM records. This role requires strong communication, initiative, and a results-driven mindset.
Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales, lead generation, and business development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and manage client relationships
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales funnel management
- Experience in tech or automation is a plus
