- Greet every customer with a friendly, positive attitude and deliver outstanding service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Process cash, card, and mobile transactions quickly and accurately
- Assist with inventory counts, cash handling, and daily shift documentation with accuracy and efficiency
- Boost sales by actively suggesting products, promotions, and loyalty programs to customers
- Process lottery transactions accurately and in compliance with regulations
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to ensure products are always available and visually appealing
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, including responsible sales of age-restricted items
- Collaborate with team members to create a fast-paced, smooth-running, and enjoyable work environment
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive, and approachable attitude
