Gymnastics Experience
- 5 years participation in gymnastics as an athlete/performer;
- 3 years coaching gymnastics
Teaching
- Exemplary teaching skills across multiple levels within the program;
- Strong individual teaching skills - able to achieve exemplary results;
- Excellent staff training aptitude - able to identify, organize, model, mold, and otherwise develop stellar preschool gymnastics teachers;
Leadership/Administrative
- Strong leadership skills - able to successfully supervise and manage teaching, administrative and support staff;
- Able to earn and maintain the respect and appreciation of the staff;
- Excellent organizational skills - able to oversee all aspects of program including
needs, growth, quality, scheduling, operations, and budget;
- Strong administrative skills; proficient with registration/enrollment software, basic
accounting software, basic design programs, website and marketing platforms, etc.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Superior interpersonal skills working with youth and parents.
