Job description Sweet James is looking for experienced Personal Injury attorneys to join our team—PI experience is required. This role is based at our Dallas, Texas office. As part of our team, you'll work directly with the firm's partners, gaining hands-on experience in litigation, client advocacy, marketing, and case strategy. What We’re Looking For: A Texas licensed attorney ready to take on meaningful cases. Strong communication and client service skills—our clients come first. Bonus points if you're bilingual or have a multi-jurisdiction license. What We Offer: Starting salary of $120,000+, with the potential for higher compensation depending on experience, skills, and transferable expertise, along with performance-based bonuses.
