We are seeking a motivated Litigation Personal Injury Attorney with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from filing through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands
- Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances
- Communicate directly with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers
- Assist with trial preparation and trial proceedings
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to drive cases forward
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience handling personal injury litigation
- Active license and in good standing with the state bar
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
- Comfortable managing deadlines and multiple cases
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required
- Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
