Job Opportunity Position: Food Truck Manager local to Jacksonville FloridaHey guys, 2026 is going to be full of growth for us. Expanding out further into the Florida market ourselves is something we can't wait to do. With that being said, we are looking for a full time food truck manager! Our food truck manager will work 5 days on with 2 days off guaranteed. This job is very unique in certain ways and offers freedoms from having to work 6-7 days a week just to pay your bills. This job is exactly what you make it and has the potential to pay out very well, flexibility and the drive to perform are a must. Which brings me to my next topic, pay. Pay with this job includes a salary, bonus and tips. The low end annual salary would be $56k while the high end is truly up to you but we are willing to comfortably say $75k. It is all depending on you, your customer service, the pace you set for your monthly bonuses, your involvement with social media and how well you market yourself etc. Responsibilities include:-safely driving truck/trailer to and from destinations-keeping truck/trailer maintained and serviced as necessary-handle loading of and inventory of all your product-keeping waste at a zero, managing your product properly with your work week-multi tasking multiple kitchen specific activities while managing orders -maintaining health department standards at all times-work at a pace that meets the demand at the window (we get really busy)-keeping a clean and correct health department standard inside the trailer at all times-being willing to explore social media incentives to increase your reach and sales potential-always representing our company to the highest standard possibleWe are looking for a long term fit, someone that is ready to get on board ground level and grow with us.
