Job Summary
Sweet Comfort Cleaning LLC is a fully licensed and insured cleaning company based in Cincinnati, Ohio, seeking reliable and detail-oriented cleaning technicians to join our team as independent contractors (1099 position — not an employee role).
We provide residential, commercial, and post-construction cleaning services throughout the Greater Cincinnati area.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces
- Post-construction cleaning including debris removal, dusting, and detailed finishing
- Floor care, surface cleaning, restroom sanitation
- Follow client-specific cleaning checklists and quality standards
- Communicate professionally with team lead on job progress
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable transportation — must be able to travel to job sites in Cincinnati area
- Detail-oriented, dependable and punctual
- Available for flexible scheduling including weekdays and weekends
- Must be willing to submit W-9 before first job
This is an independent contractor (1099) position. You are responsible for your own taxes. Competitive pay starting at $20/hour per job.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential housekeeping or janitorial/custodial roles is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning detergents, surface cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple locations
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with physical stamina
- Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities for client interactions
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as carpet cleaners, floor buffers, and dusting tools
- Reliable transportation to travel to job sites throughout Greater Cincinnati
- Must be willing to submit W-9 form before first assignment
- Must be available for flexible scheduling including weekdays and weekends
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 25.0 per week
