Magnolia Cleaning Company is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team!

We're a locally owned residential and commercial cleaning company that believes the little things matter. Our goal isn't to simply get through a checklist—we want our clients to walk into a space that feels beautifully cared for.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, notices the details, is comfortable working independently, and wants the opportunity to grow with a company that values its team.

THE POSITION:

This is a part-time W-2 position with growing hours.

New Cleaning Technicians begin with training and a smaller schedule. As you successfully complete training, become comfortable working independently, and demonstrate consistency with the Magnolia Standard, we'll begin building your recurring client schedule.

Our goal is to build successful Cleaning Technicians toward approximately 20–25 hours per week.

Hours are primarily during the daytime, Monday–Friday. No nights.

PAY

$18/hour during training
$20/hour after successful completion of training

You'll receive hands-on training in the Magnolia cleaning system before being expected to work independently.

Professional cleaning experience is helpful, but not required. We're much more interested in finding the right person who is dependable, coachable, hardworking, and willing to learn our system.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

You'll provide detailed residential and occasional commercial cleaning services, including:

• Kitchens and bathrooms
• Dusting and surface cleaning
• Vacuuming and mopping
• Fixtures, mirrors, and finishing details
• Following client-specific notes and cleaning checklists
• Completing a final quality check before leaving
• Properly caring for cleaning products, supplies, and equipment
• Communicating with management about questions or client needs
• Traveling between scheduled client homes

Once fully trained, many recurring homes are cleaned independently. Larger homes, deep cleans, and certain projects may be completed as a team.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must:

• Have reliable transportation
• Have a valid driver's license
• Be able to travel between client homes
• Be comfortable working independently after training
• Be able to perform the physical requirements of professional cleaning, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, climbing stairs, vacuuming, mopping, and carrying cleaning supplies
• Be dependable and maintain consistent availability
• Be willing to complete a background check
• Be comfortable working in homes with pets
