Social Media & Content Creator / Bakery Counter Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media & Content Creator / Bakery Counter Associate to join our vibrant team! This dual-role position combines the excitement of crafting engaging digital content with providing exceptional customer service at our bakery counter(one or two days a week - mostly on weekends). As a key ambassador of our brand, you will develop compelling social media campaigns, produce eye-catching media content, and deliver memorable experiences to our customers. Your energetic approach and passion for digital marketing and bakery products will help elevate our brand presence both online and in-store.

Duties

• Develop and execute innovative social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create high-quality visual content including photography, graphic design, and video editing using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Manage social media accounts using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor performance, and engage with followers through social listening and communication.
• Analyze social media metrics with Google Analytics, social media analytics tools, and marketing online analytics to optimize content performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility on search engines.
• Collaborate with the bakery team to produce appealing in-store displays, promotional materials, and digital content that highlight bakery offerings.
• Maintain active relationships with media outlets and influencers through public relations efforts to boost brand reputation.
• Monitor media performance analytics regularly to refine strategies for social media content marketing and digital marketing performance monitoring.
• Assist customers at the bakery counter with friendly service while promoting bakery products through engaging storytelling on social media channels.
• Support branding initiatives by ensuring consistent messaging across all digital platforms and in-store interactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, graphic design, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, Google Analytics, web analytics, and marketing analytics.
• Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content writing.
• Ability to analyze social media data to inform strategy adjustments effectively.
• Experience in photography and video editing is highly desirable.
• Exceptional relationship management skills for engaging with customers, influencers, and media outlets.
• Passion for baking or familiarity with bakery products is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for creating engaging content is essential.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
