Duties
- Lead overall center operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services and achievement of organizational goals.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the center’s business footprint through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
- Manage profit & loss statements, analyze financial data using Excel tools, and implement process improvements to maximize profitability.
- Oversee team management activities including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled workforce.
- Drive operational excellence by implementing lean management principles, optimizing workflows, and enhancing customer service experiences.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning initiatives, business development opportunities, and operational enhancements.
- Supervise project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
- Cultivate a positive team environment through strong managerial communication, leadership development, and team-building activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in management with a focus on business or operational leadership roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage profit & loss statements with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Experience in project management, process improvement, and strategic planning within a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional team management skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams through leadership and coaching.
- Knowledge of financial management principles including profit & loss analysis and operational budgeting.
- Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively lead teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Supervising experience in an operational setting is highly desirable.
