Front Desk Associate - Toms River, NJ

SWEAT440 is a fast-growing boutique fitness brand built around 40-minute, results-driven group training. We are expanding across Monmouth and Ocean County, and we are looking for energetic, people-first team members to be the face of our studios.

As a Part-Time Front Desk Associate, you are the first and last impression every member gets. You will greet members by name, welcome first-time guests, drive membership sales, and keep the studio running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone who loves fitness, thrives on hitting goals, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people.

What You'll Do

• Welcome members and first-time guests with high energy and a positive attitude
• Convert intro and free-class guests into members through consultative sales conversations
• Hit individual and studio sales targets (commission rewards your results)
• Handle check-ins, class bookings, and membership questions
• Process retail and merchandise sales
• Keep the front desk, lobby, and studio clean, organized, and on-brand
• Follow up with leads and prospects by phone, text, and email
• Support a welcoming, motivating studio environment

What We're Looking For

• Outgoing, reliable, and goal-oriented personality
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfort with sales, or a genuine willingness to learn (we will train you)
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Basic comfort with computers (booking software and point-of-sale)
• A passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals is a plus

Pay and Perks

• $15 to $17 per hour, plus commission on membership sales
