Sweat Kingdom is looking for a dependable, organized Customer Service Representative to support our customers throughout their sauna ownership experience. In this role, you’ll answer questions, provide order and shipping updates, and work closely with our team to resolve customer concerns quickly and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls, texts, and emails in a friendly, professional manner
- Provide order updates, tracking information, and delivery details
- Help customers find installation instructions and product information
- Guide customers through basic troubleshooting using company resources
- Create and update service tickets, keeping clear notes on each issue
- Coordinate with Logistics, Production, and Sales to get customers accurate answers
- Follow up on open issues and keep customers informed until they’re resolved
- Help improve our FAQs and customer support resources

- Patience and professionalism when handling customer concerns
- Good organization and consistent follow-through
- Comfort using a computer and learning new software
- Sound judgment about when to ask for help or escalate an issue
- Customer service experience preferred

Position Details
- Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00-1:00 OR 1:00-5:00
- Location: On-site, with the possibility of a hybrid schedule in the future
- Pay: [$15–$17 per hour]
Base Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 per week
