Role Description
The Customer Support Specialist is a part-time, on-site role based in Idaho Falls, ID, responsible for providing responsive and knowledgeable support to Sweat Kingdom customers. Day-to-day tasks include answering customer inquiries by phone and email, assisting with order status, product information, and basic troubleshooting for sauna installations and accessories. The specialist will document and track support interactions, escalate technical issues to appropriate teams, and follow up to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. This role also involves collaborating with operations and sales to coordinate returns, replacements, and service appointments, while maintaining clear, professional communication. The individual will help improve support processes by identifying common issues, sharing customer feedback, and contributing to FAQs or support resources.

- Customer-focused skills, including Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills for building rapport, communicating clearly, and working effectively with customers and internal teams.
