Our Sandy, UT office is seeking an individual who shares our core values to join our team as a part-time Document Management Specialist. We are seeking someone detailed oriented who takes pride in their work, and holds themselves to high standards in all they do.
This individual needs to be responsible, reliable, and able to follow directions. They will work closely with the accounting team to do data entry, scan and upload documents into our client management software, prepare check requests and do payments for medical records, as well as any other clerical work that may be needed. They must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. They will be updating a weekly spreadsheet report of medical records requesting. Also, good communication is necessary for written email correspondence with other legal staff members.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with clerical work
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel and Word

Salary : $15 - $16
