Job description:We are looking for a professionally minded Sales Person to join our team. This role will be supporting the Sales group effort by selling products or services in the manufacturing and welding service industries to new and existing customers, building relationships , meeting sales targets, and providing supporting customer service.Key Responsibilities:Building and Maintaining Relationships:Establishing and developing relationships with potential and existing clients.Identifying and responding to client needs.Sales Activities:Identifying and qualifying leads through various methods (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals).Organizing and conducting meetings and presentations to potential customers.Reviewing potential opportunities for company fit.Negotiating sales prices and terms.Closing sales orders.Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Customer Service:Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer concerns and queries.Sales Performance:Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.Tracking and reporting on sales performance.Other Duties:Documenting sales activities and maintaining accurate records.Developing and extending client Network.Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.Position base qualifications:Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfactionProven sales experience, demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed targetsExcellent organizational and project management abilitiesEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentMechanical knowledge to be able to review and translate project requirements. Driver's License (Required)

Salary : $20 - $24
