We are seeking a motivated Salesperson to join our dynamic team at Andy Yeager Motors. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping customers find the perfect pre-owned vehicle while providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, from selection to financing options.
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and market trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline to track leads and follow-ups effectively.
- Utilize effective communication skills, including phone etiquette, to build rapport with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or automotive sales preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and financing options.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
