Swanson's Painting is hiring a Painting Crew Lead in Milford, OH. Pay is $25 to $35 per hour, full time, and we need someone with hands-on painting experience and real experience managing a crew. You will run residential and light commercial painting projects from the field, leading the team while working right alongside them.

- You bring light carpentry skills such as drywall repair, plus the ability to work outside in the heat and on ladders.
- You bring reliable transportation, a home base in the Greater Cincinnati area, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

What You Will Do Each Day:
- Lead daily jobsite operations, assign tasks, and keep the crew on schedule.
- Inspect and prepare surfaces, including cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming.
- Check finished work against our quality standards before the customer sees it.
- Update customers, answer questions, and make sure they are happy start to finish.
- Enforce safety protocols and keep an organized jobsite.
- Train new team members and track materials to minimize waste.
