About the Role
Charles and Crew Painting is hiring an experienced painter to join our growing team. We do residential and commercial painting in Northern Kentucky, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and wants to earn well. What You'll Do
- Prep surfaces: scrape, patch, sand, caulk, mask, and clean
- Apply paint using brush, roller, and/or spray equipment
- Deliver a clean, professional finish on every job
- Complete daily hours submissions and end-of-day walk-throughs
- Work safely and follow all on-site safety procedures

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of painting experience
- Own reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and open to feedback
- Coachable and self motivated
- Own tools are a bonus but not required.
