Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Florida
- Admission to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida
- Experience with e-filing (CM/ECF)
- Familiarity with BestCase or similar bankruptcy petition software
- Prior experience with court appearances, including 341 meetings and confirmation hearings
- Minimum 1 year of consumer bankruptcy experience
- Spanish fluency required
Pay: $76,121.64 - $85,000.00 per year
