  • Coordinate communications among attorneys, clients, courts, trustees, and other parties in interest.
  • Assist in preparation for hearings, trials, Section 341 meetings, and other proceedings, including compiling exhibits, summaries, and supporting materials.
  • Track and manage critical deadlines and proactively follow up on outstanding items.
  • Record time accurately and maintain billing-related documentation in accordance with Firm requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of paralegal experience with significant exposure to Chapter 11 bankruptcy matters.
  • Strong understanding of federal bankruptcy rules, procedures, and court practices.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with CM/ECF, PACER, and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and other legal professionals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Paralegal certificate preferred, bachelor's degree a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are beneficial but not required.

Why Join Us?

  • Opportunity to support nationally recognized bankruptcy attorneys on high-profile and complex matters.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented culture that values initiative, responsiveness, and professional growth.
  • Meaningful opportunities for learning, development, and career advancement.
