Candidates must reside in the Metro St. Louis, MO area. USA. Office hours are Monday through Thursday with the option of working from home on Friday.

Providing executive support to the Vice President of Human Resources through maintenance of confidential information, phone and email management and communications, vendor management, creation and support with presentations, meeting coordination, agenda preparation, technical assistance and general office maintenance. In addition, this role will be an integral part of human resources projects related to employee engagement activities and recruitment support including managing pre-employment requirements, onboarding and orientation of new employees. Integrity and flexibility in communication and support provided to all levels of management and staff are important.
- Exercise high level of discretion in all interactions while providing optimal support to manage multiple priorities, utilizing a strong aptitude for problem solving
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information
- Manage and prioritize calendar; maintain project logs or other tracking systems for work in progress; using pertinent mechanism to follow up with appropriate personnel to ensure deadlines are met
- Organize meetings, video conferences and travel including expense reports
- Create and/or edit presentations; may use spreadsheets and/or database systems generate reports, graphs, or to compile relevant data and information
- Prepare agendas and other communications and correspondence for leadership
- Engagement and at times oversight to long- and short-term projects
- Manage calls with high degree of professional sensitivity and awareness
- Organize and maintain HR files and paperwork
- Support Talent Acquisition with sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, processing background checks and ordering assessments
- Oversee new employee onboarding activities, such as gift baskets, setting up desks, and creating the orientation schedule to ensure a smooth transition to the company
