Warehouse Associate

Position Summary:

Swanel is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate with a valid Chauffeur’s License to support daily warehouse operations by loading and unloading delivery trucks, maintaining inventory accuracy, filling beverage gas cylinders, and ensuring the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe. This position plays a vital role in supporting delivery, production, and service operations while helping ensure customers receive quality products on time.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Load and unload company delivery trucks accurately and safely.
• Prepare products and materials for daily delivery routes.
• Fill CO2, nitrogen, and mixed gas cylinders in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
• Inspect cylinders to ensure they are within hydrostatic test dates and in proper working condition prior to filling or shipment.
• Remove damaged or out-of-test cylinders from service and notify the Warehouse Manager.
• Maintain accurate inventory of finished goods, gas cylinders, and warehouse materials.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory counts.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming products and materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow OSHA, compressed gas, and company safety procedures.
• Assist shipping, production, service, and delivery departments as operational needs require.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, equipment issues, or safety concerns promptly.
• Recommend opportunities to improve warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
• Represent Swanel professionally in all interactions.
