Role Description
This is a full-time, part on-site part remote role for a Business Development / Sales Representative, located in Atlanta, GA. The role involves driving business growth by identifying and developing new client relationships, generating leads, and managing the sales cycle. The representative will engage in direct client communication, provide tailored logistics solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting, presenting value propositions, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Sales and Business Development strategies
- Excellent Communication skills, including negotiation and relationship management
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
- Prior experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or a related field is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required
- Results-driven with an ability to meet and exceed sales targets
