Role Summary
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for building relationships and increasing awareness of our company by visiting offices, schools, clinics, and community partners. This role focuses on introducing services, sharing informational materials, and generating referral leads through professional in-person outreach.
Key Responsibilitie
- Visit pediatric clinics, schools, therapy centers, and community offices to introduce company services
- Clearly explain programs and referral processes in a professional manner
- Distribute brochures, flyers, and informational materials
- Build and maintain positive relationships with office staff and decision-makers
- Track visits, contacts, and follow-ups
- Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
