Key Responsibilities
Kitchen & Back-of-House Oversight
- Maintain supreme food quality and consistency, ensuring every dish leaving the kitchen meets our brand standards.
- Enforce strict hygiene, sanitation, and food-handling practices, ensuring compliance with local health regulations.
- Optimize kitchen layouts, prep workflows, and line speeds to improve overall efficiency during peak hours.
- Assist the culinary team in menu planning, recipe execution, and troubleshooting back-of-house issues. [1, 2, 3, 4]
